I just realised that I did something stupid. I was trying to connect to my game on an internal network using an extern link (either the alias or ip adress). It worked using the internal link and thanks damned for connecting, I will get my group to connect to see how it goes.
I have problem to get connection test successfull.
I have given all the rights (Windows Defender as a firewall) for FG to connect.
Then I made trace test:
1 5 ms 1 ms <1 ms elisa.home [192.168.100.1]
2 * * * Request timed out.
3 28 ms 30 ms 29 ms 10.64.192.205

Trace complete.
And I made portforwarding settings as mentioned in here: https://portforward.com/huawei/b715s-23c/
What next?
Your provider is almost certainly doing double NAT.
Log onto your router and find teh Status page or WAN info and check the Public or External or Internet IP address.
Is it the same as what Fantasy Grounds tells you is the external IP?
If not - you wont be able to Port Forward. Have a look at the Port Forward alternativies.

7. I have port 1802 forwarded to 192.168.1.160, my router also supports UPnP just fine.
Now for a couple of weirdnesses. Both I and my son own unlimited licenses. His Tower runs into the same not connectivity as my tower does, though his laptop connects just fine. Working just within our LAN I can connect to his laptop host. However he cannot connect to my tower when I host. Also, if I fire up two copies running on the same tower. The cannot connect to each other. And yes, even though the port is forwarded to my tower his laptop version gets the all clear from the connection test back to the mothership.
Also While it is running netstat does not see port 1802 at all.
@Kirsa,
Sounds like your router is not updating the automatic port forwarding that UPnP does and switches from your son's computer to your computer. Try rebooting your router and then before your son runs a connection test, you run it and see if it works.
Still fails.
Kirsa
Lord Entrails is pointing you the correct way.
What is the IP Address of the laptop that works?
192.168.1.147
And I rebooted my router and tried again - that was the still fails, sorry if that sounded curt.
