Bonus spell slots are currently manually adjusted.
It auto granted the extra spell slots for a 5th level 18 WIS druid but not a 2nd level druid/2nd level fighter with 18 WIS

As to the view, someone had to set them or you're running an extension that adjusted it for you. I can assure you the bonus spells are not automated in the 2E ruleset. ;) I would like to someday but right now the spell slot system needs to be re-worked for it to work how I'd like it.
I alone created the PC character sheet from scratch and I'm not running any extensions.
