Deadlands: Question about Workarounds

Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

Starting a Deadlands: Reloaded campaign in a month and was curious if people could advise me on some workarounds for things like fate chips over bennies, dealing with the cards during a duel or while a huckster deals with the devil.

It is not clear how to use the card deck to work with these processes.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I know Phantomwhale is hard at work on extension but I need some workarounds to get the campaign started.
