MIssing section - 7e rulebook

In the reference manual in the section at the end of chapter 5 - Game System that covers optional rules is instead filled with Optional Structure from the appendices instead of the spending luck optional rule.
This means nowhere in the book does spending or recovering luck get covered. I had to go to the physical book to find it when my players could not :/

Yea the page that should be there is a single page. The page that is there instead is also a single page (and is duplicated from the one in the appendices)
