Welcome to the forums.
The Standard and Ultimate licenses come with the following built in.
Included Rulesets: AD&D 2E, D&D 3.5E, D&D 4E, D&D 5E and the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game
Library modules with D&D 3.5E open gaming content typically found in the SRD.
Library modules with D&D fifth edition open gaming content found in the SRD 5.
Note that ruleset is what allows you to play the game (create a character, make and attack, or damage roll, make a saving throw etc). Modules contain the data that you need to play (classes, backgrounds, races, spells, equipment etc).
Here's some further details here specifically related to the 5e ruleset https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?32987-What-do-I-need-to-play-5e

The Standard and Ultimate licenses come with the following built in.
FYI, SmiteWorks has now changed the license names to "Core" and "Ultimate".
